Don’t suggest things to users which they can’t do [short design critique]

LinkedIn shows bold letters as part of their examples on how to enter content during its ‘Career Advice’ setup process. But then they won’t allow the user to actually enter bold text into the provided input field. You should only suggest things the user can actually do.
